Located in the centre of Armidale and upstairs above the Wicklow Hotel, our gym features panoramic views of the town and its beautiful parklands.

The centre is also equipped with the latest resistance and cardio equipment from Life Fitness, with something for everyone.

We conduct several Group Fitness classes including the popular Les Mills BODYOWA, and Freestyle classes such as Fitball, Boxfit and coming soon Zumba.
