About the Community

At Mick & Colleen's Fitness Centre we have provided the latest cardio fitness and resistance training equipment from Life Fitness.  Cardio equipment includes Steppers, Rowers, X – Trainers, Treadmills and bikes.  The resistance training equipment is a mix of pin loaded and free weights, suitable for use by the beginner through to the advanced trainer.

We are upstairs above the Wicklow Hotel in the centre of Armidale and enjoy panoramic views across the town and its beautiful parklands, so you can enjoy the view whilst you are exercising.
